Abstract
PURPOSE:To make possible multiple processing of data with simple constitution by enabling vibration response characteristics including phases to be analyzed simultaneously from vibration data of multiple points caused by the rotation of the same rotator. CONSTITUTION:The signals a1-an to be analyzed as plural vibration analog data are inputted to a multiplexer 1, and the reference signal such as rotation signal SR detected from a rotator such as electric motor is being inputted to a tracking adapter 3. This adapter 3 measures the number of revolutions from the periods of the reference signals, determines sampling intervals and outputs sampling triggers. An AD converter 2 is inputted with the output from the multiplexer 1 and the output from the tracking adapter 3, and makes AD conversion of the signals a1-an suitably changed over in the multiplexer 1, by as much as the number of measurement points, while the sampling intervals are being controlled by the sampling triggers from the tracking adapter 3. The data thereof are temporarily stored in an input memory device 4.
