Abstract

PURPOSE: To stop driving signal with a speed sufficient not to shorten the life of transistor by detecting the voltage at the both terminals of resistor which changes with the current of emitter of switching transistor and then by stopping the switching operation according to the voltage.
CONSTITUTION: The one end of the secondary winding of the pulse transformer T2 is connected to the negative output end of the rectifying circuit 1 through the diode D4 and the condenser C3, and the contact between the resistor 3 and the switching transistor SwTRQ1 is connected to the base of the TRQ2 through the resistor R1. The collector of the TRQ2 is also connected to the base of the TRQ3 and also to the contact P1 between D4 and C3 through the resistor 7. And, the collector of the TRQ3 is connected to the gate and anode of SCR1 and the cathode of SCR1 is also connected to the negative output end of the rectifying circuit 1 through the resistor R9 and also to the base of TRQ4 through the resistor 10. The collector of the TRQ4 is connected to the base of SwTRQ1.
