Abstract

PURPOSE: To shorten the time required for margin characteristic test by cascade- connecting two monostable multivibrators and changing the power source or resistance components of their time element independently by the output of a low frequency continuous wave oscillator and combining and outputting the phase and the pulse width required for characteristic measurement of a bubble memory.
CONSTITUTION: Monostable multivibrators M11 and M21 are cascade-connected, and are respectively provided with time control elements, which consist of capacitors C11 and C21 and resistances R11 and R21 and determine the output pulse width. Further, power sources E11 and E21 to operate multivibrators M11 and M21 respectively are provided independently, and trigger input signal Pa and the asynchronous output of oscillator G11 which has a frequency lower than input signal Pa are applied to multivibrator M11 to change the output pulse width of multivibrator M11.
