Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the discoloration and the peeling of the film on one side of the work by irradiating a laser beam from the other side thereof with a heat dissipating body tightly placed on the former side in such a manner that the depth of the melting in no way reaches the side having the radiating body thereon. CONSTITUTION:A film 1 on a first work 3 is tightly placed on a heat radiating body such as copper. After a second work 4 is tighly placed on the back of the work 2, with a laser oscillator 5 actuated, a laser beam L sent is collected with a condenser 6 to be irradiated on the work 4. Here, it is devised that the depth of the melting in no way reaches the surface of the first work 2. The heat given the work 2 by the beam L is conducted to the body 3, eventually dissipated.
