ることもなく除去できるのである。尚、細溝6を設ける
のは図示例の如く素材シート3が両面にアルミニウム箔
シート2を張設したものであつて、両面に溝7を設ける
要があるときは、細溝6を形成するレーザー光4bは各
々より別々に照射するのが熱影響を少なくするため好ま
、しいものであるが、QスイッチYAGレーザー光4b
を使用すれば熱影響が小さいので第5図に示される如く
片面よりの照射で同時に両面の加工ができる。以上の如
く本発明による金属箔積層シートの加工法は金属箔を除
去せんとする箇所の外周部に光束の細いレーザー光4b
を照射することにより細溝6を形成し、しかる後に細溝
6で囲まれた部分の金属箔を光束の太いレーザー光4a
で除去することを特徴とするものであるので除去せんと
する金属箔に照射されるレーザー光により加えられる熱
が細溝で遮断され逃げることなく効率よく除去せんとす
る金属箔に伝えられ、またばり等を発生させることもな
く金属箔の除去ができるのである。
