Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the running cost with a higher operating rate of the treatment apparatus by making the best of the capacity of the freezing unit through a variable cooling temperature of combustion air by a three-way flow control valve with a water mixer divided into three chambers.
CONSTITUTION: A water mixer 20 is divided into three chambers with partitions. The second chamber 20b is communicated to the first chamber 20a and the third chamber 20c with piping connecting ports 23, 24, 25 and 26 provided for the first chamber 20a and the third chamber 20c and a piping connecting port 27 for the second chamber 20b. A branch path 33 of the first water circulation system 30 is connected to the port 23 and a branch path 34 to the port 25, and the flowrate of the respecitve paths are regulated with a three-way flow control valve 50. The other end of the first water circulation system is connected to the port 26, one end of the second circulation system 40 to the port 24 and the other end thereof the port 27. The temperature of cooling water fed to a heat exchanger 1 is made vaiable through the adjustment of a control valve with an air heat exchanger 1 interposed for the first water circulation system 30 and an evaporator 11 of a freezing unit for the second water circulation system 40. In this manner, the combustion air can be dehumidified and heated constantly.
