Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an attaching device of an expansion cylinder which is easy to fill and seal the fluid therein, of simple construction, and completely leak free by inserting a sealing material in the open end of the cylinder and flatening said open end after the fluid is filled. CONSTITUTION:A hollow cylindrical sealing material 18 formed to predetermined length is inserted to the rear end of a cylinder 11 the part of which with the sealing material 18 inserted therein is deformed flat by exerting an external pressure leaving open a passage 21 through which a working oil and pressurised gas are filled, then the part previously deformed is further flatened until the sealing material 18 is firmly seated. An attaching hole 20 is machined thereafter to complete an attaching bracket.
