Abstract
PURPOSE: To decrease the amount of consumption of carbonaceous material without impariring the quality, productivity and economic efficiency of the sintered ore, by using the carbonaceous material in the raw material for sintering in a specified low compounding ration for carbonaceous material and by feeding the exhaust gas to be circulated which has been regulated to a specified exygen concentration and temperature to the sintering machine.
CONSTITUTION: The compounding ratio for carbonaceous material in the raw material for sintering is lowered by the amount corresponding to 0.25W1.7 times of the thermal energy to be supplied to the sintering machine with the circulation gas. Under this low compounding ratio for carbonaceous material, the exhaust gas from plural wind boxes (WB) at the initial stage and final stage is fed to the sintering ing machine by being used while circulating. The oxygen concentration in the circulation gas is measured with the oxygen analyzer 23 and the valves 18 under WB are controlled appropriately so that this value may become 17W19%. Besides, the temperature of the circulation gas is detected with the detector 21 and the valve 19 for the air of high temperature from the cooler 8 for the sintered ore or the valve 20 for taking-in the air of normal temperature is controlled with the temperature controller 22 so that the above temperature may be maintained within the range of 100W 400°C. Besides, by inputting the measured values of both of the oxygen concentration and temperature of the circulation gas to the computer 24, the opening degree of the valves 19 and 20 may be controlled automatically with the computer 24
