Abstract

CONSTITUTION: If the writing and reading addresses from a resistor 1 become coincident with those which are preset in a writing and reading setting circuit 2 in a capable region detecting circuit 3, the coincidence output of the circuit 3 is impressed upon a control gate circuit 4 so that the output of the circuit 4 is inverted in response to the inhibition signals from an inhibition switch circuit 5 to make the inhibition command ineffective. As a result, only the preset region in a recording region, which is locked for prevention of the breakage of the data and the leakage of secrete, is released from the inhibition of the writing and reading operation so that the maintenance and inspection can be accomplished while preventing the breakage of the data and the leakage of the secrete
