Abstract
PURPOSE:To normally suck exhaust gas, by preventing the simultaneous suction of air and the dispersion of gas in a converter outside the furnace by forecasting the quantity of gas generated in the furnace in consideration of the quantity remaining in the furnace due to the formation of slag, etc. among fed oxygen in the operation of the converter.
