Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A blend of (A) a colloidal organosilicon compound consisting of average repeating units expressed by formula (R is organic group; l is 0W1.7) having a particle size ≤100mμ, preferably ≤50mμ and (B) a hydrolyzed vinyl ester polymer, preferably a hydrolyzed polyvinyl acetate having a polymerization degree of 300W40,000 at a weight ratio of (A) to (B) of 97W3:3W97, preferably 90W20:10W80 is calcined under heating at 200°C or above, preferably 400W 2,500°C, preferably in the atmosphere of a non-oxidizing gas at 400°C or above and in an oxidizing gas below 400°C
