Abstract
PURPOSE:To make mixing of wire of different kind component good and to obtain a uniform deposited alloy, by feeding the wires more than two kinds to melting part at the same time and also, the wires are melted rotating the melting part and then, depositing the metals on the circumference of shaft. CONSTITUTION:The mild steel wire 6 and 18-8 chromium-nickel wire 9, are fed around the shaft 1 through the motor 7, 10 and the nozzle 8, 11. Next, the shaft 1 is rotated by the motor 24 and the deposited metal 13 is deposited around the shaft rotating the slag pool 12 and also, gradually contracting the piston 3 of the cylinder 4. On this occasion, the deposited metal having a mean component of both wire, is deposited by controlling feeding speed of both wire 6, 9 by controlling the speed of the motor 7, 10.
