Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure the prevention of radioactive cover gas emanation to the container connecting the communication pipe located between the rupture disc and the safety valve with the negative pressure piping, delivering the radioactive cover gas to the waste disposal system through the negative pressure system thereof.
CONSTITUTION: The communication pipe 15 located between the spring safety valve 14 and the rupture disc 13 is connected with the negative pressure tank 16. The negative pressure tank 16 is connected with the waste disposal system 18 through the vacuum pump 17 and check valve 26. The check valve 19 is provided for the upper stream of the negative pressure thank 16. The pressure of communication pipe 15 located between the rupture disc 13 and the spring safety valve 14 is detected with the pressure switch 20. With inaction of the rupture disc 13 at a set pressure, an interlocking is deviced for closing the control valve 8 to prevent from the pressure rise of the cover gas
