Abstract

PURPOSE: To uniformly distribute transfer torque to each upper disc and lower disc, which consists of cones that are mutually equal, by mounting said discs so that conical bus bars mutually form similar angles to a boss.
CONSTITUTION: An upper disc 2 and a lower disc 1 are disposed to a ring 11 so that angles θ1, θ2 that each conical bus bar forms become equal to a horizontal surface of the ring 11 mounted to an approximate central portion of a boss 3. The discs 1, 2 are welding connected by means of radial webs 4, 8, 9. A key-arm 5, a rim 6 and a pole 7 are installed to the outer circumferential ends of the webs, and a rotor is constituted. Thus, torque from a shaft 12 is uniformly divided into two portions between the upper disc, the lower disc 2, 1 and the rotor can smoothly be turned because the torque passes through the boss 3 and is transmitted to the ring 11 and the discs 1, 2 are equal regarding torsional rigidity.
