Изобретение относитс  к ветроэнергетике и позвол ет повысить надежность и экономическую эффективность установки путем соответственно уменьшени  напр жений , возникающих в рабочих лопаст х при их работе, и снижени  стоимости устз- новки. Обод ветрового колеса выполнен в виде колец 9 и 10. Кольца 9 и 10 св заны между собой при помоши пружин 11. Кольцо 9 имеет скозные отверсти  12, а кольцо 10 - пазы 13, Кажда  рабоча  лопасть 6 снабжена двум  штыр ми, один из которых размещен в сквозном отверстии 12, другой - в пазу 13, Така  конструкци  позвол ет устранить краевой эффект, возникающий при работе ветрового колеса, и измен ть угол поворота лопастей 6 вокруг их продольной оси путем изменени  взаимного углового расположени  колец 9м 10 в зависимости от скорости ветра. Б результате представл етс  возможность изготовлени  рабочих лопастей 6 из легкого и менее прочного материала , что уменьшает вес ветрового колеса и его стоимость. Ветроэнергетическая установка, содержащая генератор с залом и закрепленной на нем шестерней, вертикальную мачту с ветровым колесом, выполненным я виде обода, имеющего зубчатый венец и рабочие лопасти, причарл нижняя часть мачты снабжена опорой, имеющей зубчатое колесо, взаимодействующее с венцом обода и шестерней вала генератора, отличающаяся тем, что, с целью повышения надежности и экономической эффективности, обод выполнен а виде двух колец, связанных между собой при помощи равномерно расположенных по окружности пружин, при этом одно из колец снабжено сквозными отверстиями и зубчатый венец выполнен на нем, а другое кольцо имеет пазы,, каждая рабочая лопасть снабжена дэумя штырями, один из которых установлен с ’возможностью поворота в отверстии, другой - в пазу, при этом мачта выполнена с верхней и нижней турелями, контактирующими при помощи тел качения с копылами обода, а зубчатое колесо расположено концентрично мачте.1.
