Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic bubble element with a stable characteristics by means of a non-magnetic garnet epitaxial film formed by growth to a specified thickness on a bubble garnet film or a abnromal bubble inhibitting film superlaying thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A non-magnetic garnet epitaxial film is formed by growth to a thickness of 1000 to 4000 Å on a bubble garnet film or an abnormal bubble inhibitting magnetic garnet epitaxial film provided thereon as a spacer. Adoption of a non-magnetic garnet epitaxial film allows the lattice constant to be the same as that of bubble the garnet film. The provides a large effect as a stress buffer layer in the formation of a metal thin film pattern thereby stabilizing the performance characteristics.
