Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable even an unbalanced transmission system to suppress a direct- current supreposed noise and a low-frequency noise by regenerating the output of a differntial amplifier by separating into signals of ''1'' and ''0'' according to a fixed threshold value. CONSTITUTION:Transmitter circuit 1 converts input signal (b) into bipolar output signal (c), which is sent out to transmission cable 2; by signal (c), a couple of bipolar pulses, obtained by adding positive-polarity pulses of the same amplitude and pulse width successively at the trailing edges of negative-polarity pulses, are made into ''1'' and a couple of bipolar pulses, obtained by adding negative-polarity pulses at the trailing edges of positive-polarity pulses, are made into ''0''. Then, a couple of pulses are sent out to the transmission line with the polarity inverted depending upon whether the polarity is ''1'' or ''0'' and the couple of pulses received are delayed to attain differential amplification 5 of both couples of pulses before and after the delay process; and its outputs are separated 6 and 7 into signals of ''1'' and ''0'' according to a fixed threshold value, thereby regenerating pulses. Consequently, a direct-current superposed noise and a low-frequency noise can be eliminated even by an unbalanced transmission system.
