Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain easily a square waveform with the same pulse width as a transmitted waveform, and to eliminate the need of an adjustment of a detection level by shaping waveforms by a comparator which employs the DC component extracted from a transmitted signal as the detection level. CONSTITUTION:In the signal transmitting equipment of the inversion transfer system (ON and OFF signals are received at the same rate), a DC component is extracted from a received waveform and used as a detection level since the optimum detection level value of the waveform shaping circuit of a receiver is equal to the value of the DC component of the received waveform, so that the optimum detection level can be set automatically which corresponds to the received waveform. When the time constant of filter circuit 27 is made much larger than the AC component of the received waveform, the DC component extracted by circuit 27 is taken out efficiently by voltage-follower circuit 28 and then, inputted as the detection level to inversion input 10 of comparator 8, where it is compared 8 with the directly- received waveform of non-inversion input 9, thereby obtaining a signal with the same pulse width as the transmitted waveform from output terminal 11.
