Abstract
PURPOSE:To establish the logic circuit in which correct output can supply even if the current value from the constant current source is changed. CONSTITUTION:The circuit provides the terminal 9 connected to the constant current source 8, input terminal 10 for input signal, and output terminal 11 for output signal, and the terminal 9 is connected to the collector and base of the first transistor (Tr)21 and the base of Tr22. The terminals 10 and 11 are respectively connected to the base and collector of the third transistor 23 performing switching operation. The emitter and collector of the fourth Tr 30 are connected to the grounded electrode terminal and the emitter of the first Tr21, and the base is connected to the bias terminal 31.
