PURPOSE:To realize both the low power consumption and the low impedance by connecting plural units of capacitors in series for charging and then obtaining the output voltage by changing the serial connection of capacitors into the parallel connection to repeat this action. CONSTITUTION:With arrival of timing pulse phi1, the serial charging action (a) is given to capacitors C1-C3 plus C4-C6. And when timing pulse phi2 arrives, the circuit (b) is obtained with capacitors C1-C3 plus C4-C6 connected in parallel. Then the capacitor's capacity is set to C1=C2=C3 and C4=C5=C6 each, and thus output voltage V01 and V02 feature 1/3V and 2/3V respectively. Thus, the division output is decured as 1/3V and 2/3V each. Also, an optional division output can be obtained by selecting properly the capacity ratio for C1-C6.
