Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish the elimination of adjustment, improvement in reliability and accuracy and the like by means of memories which are adapted to store allowable moment curves to produce an external signals through comparison of the allowable load value thus stored with actual loads.
CONSTITUTION: In a crane, after amplified by respective operational amplifiers 3, an output of a load cell 1 and an output of an angle detector 2 for detecting the boom angle are alternatedly digital-converted through a multiplexer 17, a sample hold circuit 18, a timing control circuit 21, a channel selection register 22, an A/D converter 19 and an interface circuit 20 and then, inputted to a CPU 23. Memories 24 storing various moment curves 1 to 3 respectively are connected switchable to the CPU 23, while an operational memory 25 is connected thereto. With such an arrangement, the CPU 23 reads out a corresponding address data from radius averaging data collected n times and compares the address data with a value averaging load data n times to produce a danger signal through a circuit 26.
