Abstract

PURPOSE: To shorten the adjusting time of the sensitivity of sensors, and to improve the efficiency of flaw detection operation by using a digital memory.
CONSTITUTION: Analog signals from sensors 1aW1h are A/D converted 8 and written in a memory 10. Reading signals from the memory 10 are D/A converted 15. The writing and reading of these signals are controlled by a controller 11 in response to output from each of the sensors. The content written in the memory 10 is repeatedly read and given to a flaw detector body B which inputs output signals from the sensors when inspection.
