Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent degradation of images and surely form the sensible images of good developed picture quality free from fog by applying electric field and removing the toner not contributing to development from a depositing means at the time of performing developing by opposing the toner depositing means to an electrostatic image substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Toner 17 is evenly coated with a blade 15 on a toner donating conductive roller 13 opposing to an electrostatic image holding member 12 and rotating at the same speed as that of said material and the toner layer 14 and electrostatic images are approached or contacted to develop.
