Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The ring type notch 12 is made in the circumference of the tube hole 11 at the outer side face of the tube plate 6A, and the heating tube 13 is inserted into the tube hole 11. The ring type brazing material 14 is attached to the notch 12, and the mirror plate is fixed to the tube plate 6A. To the nozzles installed in the mirror plate, the branched sucking pipe and inert gas feed pipe are connected; the interior of the heat-exchanger is sucked to vacuum, or the inert gas like as Ar, etc., is fed to fill the interior. Under this condition, the heat-exchanger is placed within the heating furnace for heating and annealing. As a result, the brazing material 14 is molten, and the molten brazing material 14 penetrates into the gap 11 due to the capillarity; hereby, the gap 11 is tightly sealed. according to this method, the man-hour is reduced, and the high quality multitube heat-exchanger can be manufactured.
