Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent leakage of heat-conducting media, by joining a header pipe with a heating panel section as a unitary body.
CONSTITUTION: A heating panel section 1 and a header pipe 2 are fabricated into a unitary body by using such processes as loader bond and blow forming, etc., and inside of the heating panel section 1 is filled with a heat-conducting media 3 airtightly. By using thus designed structure, necessity of using header pipe to be prepared separately is eliminated, and at the same time, joint between the heating pipe and the header pipe is also unnecessitated. Therefore, this structure eliminates necessity of using high-pressure-resistant seal for inside of the heating panel, simplifies production of the heat panel and prevents leakage of the heat-conducting media.
