PURPOSE:To enhance the maintenance performance by providing the function which decides whether the fault of the transmission system itself is caused by the fault at the transmission part of the station when some fault takes place at the transmission system. CONSTITUTION:Double-system transmission lines 4 and 5 are used for the signal transmission among plural units of transfer station 6. In such transmission system, transmission control station A and B are connected to line 4 and 5, and either one of the stations is actuated as the main system with the other station set for the holding system each usually. And receiver 9 to perform the signal transfer, driver 10, transmission circuit 11 to perform the parallel or temporary memorization of the signals, and monitor switch circuit 26 to perform constant monitor for the presence or absence of the transmission signal are installed to station 6.
