Abstract
PURPOSE:To discriminate abnormity of a slave station and to trouble-shoot failure of the slave station earlier, by transmitting a call out signal at normal state of the slave station and end call signal at abnormal state of the slave station, and receiving the signals at a master station. CONSTITUTION:A call inhibiting signal, test signal and synchronizing signal are transmitted from a master station to all slave stations at test for a short time. On the other hand, when each slave station receives the three types of signals, a switching circuit 7 is controlled with a control circuit 3 after a time determined at the slave station to connect an input terminal 7b and an output terminal 7d, and if no failure is present in the said slave station, a control circuit 3 operates a callout signal generator 5 to transmit a callout signal to a master station for a short time. On the other hand, a failure such as battery liquid level down or the like takes place in the said slave station, since a failure signal from an alarm detection circuit 4 is applied to a control circuit 3, an end call signal generator 6 is operative and the end of call signal is transmitted to the master station. The master station discriminates a slave station transmitting an end of call signal as failure.
