Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve the recovery of a fault in its early stage by a remote centralized monitor system, by detecting and disconnecting a station to be monitored in a fault state by a monitoring station when the station to be monitored becomes faulty in a data-signal transmission state. CONSTITUTION:If one of stations 91-9n to be monitored while sending signals becomes faulty, a monitoring station 10 connects a bracketing device 11 for the stations to be monitored to a fault bracketing circuit 13 to specify the station 91 to be bracketed, thereby sending a bracketing signal. When a signal received by the station 91 is addressed to it, a relay RL1 is driven to disconnect the station from a data circuit 12 through a contact rl. When the station 10 has no received data, the station 91 is regarded as a faulty one. When the received data continues, it is judged that the station is normal, and a recovery signal is sent to make a connection with the data circuit 12. Thus, said operation is performed successively with regard to the stations 92-9n to be monitored detecting the faulty station.
