Abstract

PURPOSE: To rationalize the adhesion work, avoiding flaw, positional deviation or similar defects of polarizing film, by removing the protective film of polarizing film held on carrier by means of releasing device, and adhering on both upper and lower sides of liquid crystal cell at the same time.
CONSTITUTION: A polarizing film 4 with upper and lower protective films which is held in the frame of a carrier 20 in curved form due to the own elasticity has the protective film on one side released (B1) and inverted (B2) in the protective film releasing process B, and has the protective film on the other side released (B3) and curled, then it is coupled with a liquid crystal cell (said process is almost similar in both upper and lower polarizing filters). The liquid crystal cell 1 having polarizing films 4, 8 temporaily adhered on said upper and lower sides is introduced in between rolls 61, 62 of which gap is set to about 50 to 100μ, being narrower than the thickness of completed cell, and while pushing out the air between the polarizing film and cell are adhered firmly to complete the cell.
