Abstract
PURPOSE: For improving simultaneous exchange efficiency and considerably reducing the permeability of the gas of carbon dioxide for example, to make a heat exchange device of porous sheets of a thermoplastic resin, the particles of a high- conductivity material or mixture of a fibrous material and a humidity adjusting agent.
CONSTITUTION: Partition sheets 1 are made after adding the particles of a high- conductivity material, a fibrous material such as carbon black and carbon fiber, and a humidity adjusting agent such as surfactant to a thermoplastic resin. Next, said partition sheets are made porous having complex, fine and thin communicating holes extending between the right and reverse sides thereof while rolled in more than one direction at a lower temperature than melting point of said thermoplastic resin. Simultaneous exchange efficiency for sensible and latent heats can be improved and gas permeability can be reduced by putting said partition sheets 1 containing said high-conductivity particles as the core thereof and having a high porosity and a hydrophilicity improved by said humidity adjusting agent, and filling plates 2 one upon another alternately.
