At this time, a short circuit current corresponding to the residual magnetism of synchronous machine flows in each phase and the potential between the fixed pole and movable pole of the breaker 4 becomes zero. Afterwards, the breaker 4 is closed. Thus, the breaker can be worked within the usual operation duty.
