Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent generation of receiver phenomenon, pulverizing of dusty granular substance and wearing of inner side of conduits by prohibiting dusty granular substance in a blow tank from being discharged at the level below the predetermined lowest level.
CONSTITUTION: A blow tnak 1 is equipped with two sets of level detector 8, 9. When dusty granular substance W is received in the tank until the level above the detector 9 through a hopper 2 and a valve 3, a valve 12 is opened and the substance W is discharged through a transporting conduit 11 by high pressure air from a high pressure air source 6, however, when the substance W is discharged until the level below the detector 8, the transport is stopped and the new substance W is introduced into the tank 1 again. At th final stage of the transport, the substance W rmaining in the tank 1 is blown out therefrom completely and inside of the conduit 11 is cleaned by blowing out the remained substance W therein with high speed air through the conduit under the receiver phenomenon.
