Abstract

PURPOSE: To generate the signals synchronized to the information having been read out from a magnetic recorder by having a circuit of generating secondary and tertiary sampling clocks by delaying preceding clocks.
CONSTITUTION: When input information (e) is 1, the phase detector output (g) is read in a drop detection circuit 6 by the inspection signal (b) and the Q output (h) becomes 1. Hence, the standard signal (d) of the waveform (δ) is selected by the Q output (h) in OR circuit and the synchronizing signal (f) of the waveform (7) is outputted. When the information signal (e) becomes 0 or drops, (g) is read into the drop detection circuit 6 by the inspection signal (b) and therefore the Q output (i) becomes 1 and this time the preceding signal (c) is selected and the synchronizing output (f) is outputted.
