Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate the machining and the assembling in such a manner that the stator core, bracket, etc. are dissembled and cleaned after simultaneous machining then mounting the AC winding and reassembling.
CONSTITUTION: The stator core 24 is pressure inserted and positioned in the inner circumference of the frame 21, then the stator yoke 29 is pressure inserted and positioned in the inner circumference of the bracket 22. Then the frame 21, and the brackets 22, 23 are fitted and assembled and the fitting portion is match marked. Then the inner surfaces of the stator core 24 and the brackets 22, 23 are simultaneously ground for the purpose to hold the bearing 32 between them. Then it is dissembled and after removing the iron powder or grinding powder, AC winding 33 is wound over the stator core and the DC field coil 28 is fixed at the side of stator yoke 29 then finally the frame and the bracket are fitted and assembled.
