Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the cooling of an turbine moving vane by passing cooling air through a gap provided between a core and a shell thereof to the outside thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A hollow core 1 of a turbine moving vane and a vane shell 2 made of high strength ceramic or the like are connected togehter by a fibrous heat resistant material 7 leaving a gap 5. Cooling air which is introduced from the axial direction of the core 1 is fed into the gap through a plurality of small holes 4 and 4a to cool the entire body of the vane. Consequently, the cooling air is discharged out of outlet ports 6.
