Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the title discharge working unit by which efficient working can be carried out by automatically setting the electrical condition to the optimal value with an operation amplifier. CONSTITUTION:Working voltage Eg is compared to reference voltage Eo, and feeding speed F to working is so varied that voltage Eg approaches the value of voltage Eo. The variation of speed F is so controlled that the voltage between wire electrode 1 and product 2 to be worked is kept constant against a change in plate thickness. Accordingly, if the electrical condition is made constant, working energy is kept almost constant. So, working area speed is also kept almost constant and speed F is reduced in inverse proportion to the plate thickness. Speed F is inputted in operation amplifier 13 at this state. As speed F is reduced, output voltage K(Fo-F) of amplifier 13 is raised, and hence the electrical condition is increased and speed F is not so reduced. Fo represents reference feeding speed and K a proportional constant.
