Abstract
PURPOSE:In a device to effect electrical machining using a wire electrode, high frequency over 100 Hz is charged to a wire electrode. By doing so, machining tips in the machined groove is efficiently removed and high machining speed is attained and that machining groove is well reduced. CONSTITUTION:A material for machining 8 is fixed on a machining table 10. Feed to X and Y axis is given to the table 10 for the machining of the designated shape. Above machining feed is made by the time division distribution pulse from a pulse motor: 11 and 12, and anumerically control device 13. Then, the vibration over 100 Hz from a high frequency vibration device 14 is charged to a wire 1. An amplitude is about 1-30mu and it is controlled by output power of a power source 15.
