Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase work-feeding speed and improve working accuracy by setting and controlling the optimum electical condition of working current which conforms to the plate thickness of a work piece in accordance with the voltage by which the work-feeding speed is operated. CONSTITUTION:Working voltage Eg is compared with reference voltage Eo and work-feeding speed F is changed so that the working voltage Eg can approach the value of reference voltage Eo. Work-feeding speed F becomes slow in inverse proportion to the plate thickness. Work-feeding speed F is input to the operational amplifier 13 in this state. When this work-feeding speed F is reduced, the output voltage Ki(Fo-F) of the operational amplifier 13 is increased. As a result, the corresponding four elecrical conditions Ip, Tp, Tr, and C are increased and work-feeding speed F is not decreased so much.
