Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily lay a communication cable pipe in parallel, by making a lining pipe of a shape a part of an upper part of which has a recessed groove outside along its longitudinal direction and laying the communication cable pipe in the outside recessed groove. SOLUTION: A pipe manufacturing machine is carried in an existing pipe culvert to be modified through a manhole. A lining pipe R with a rectangular cross section, a part of an upper part of which has a recessed groove R1 along its longitudinal direction, is then produced in the existing pipe culvert P by pulling in a band member in the manhole manually at the beginning, then continuously supplying the band material to the pipe manufacturing machine and connecting a junction part while wrapping it spirally. After inserting a communication cable pipe K in the recessed groove R 1 on the upper part of the lining pipe R from one pipe opening of the existing pipe culvert P and reaching it to another pipe opening, back filling material is filled in gaps between the existing pipe culvert P, the lining pipe R and the communication cable pipe K and around another pipe opening, in order to complete lining of the existing pipe culvert P.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a sewer lining method for forming a lining layer on an inner surface of an existing sewer such as a sewer pipe, a water pipe and a gas pipe.
More specifically, a tubular body formed by spirally winding a band-shaped member made of a long plate-like body, a so-called lining pipe, is inserted into a sewer, a backfill material is injected, and a communication cable pipe is inserted. This is related to a sewer lining method.

Description of the Related Art When a new communication cable pipe or the like is juxtaposed in an existing pipe such as a sewer pipe, it is preferable to lay the cable pipe on the upper part of the pipe due to the flow of sewage or the like. However, as shown in FIG. 8, when the communication cable pipe c is laid at a certain position of the sewer a, particularly at the upper part, post-processing such as attaching a hook d for fixing the communication cable pipe c is required. [0003] The present applicant has proposed a sewer lining method as follows.
As described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-261363, a tubular body is formed by spirally winding a belt-like member in a duct and joining the side edges of the belt-like members adjacent to each other. A method of lining the inner circumferential surface of a pipe with a tubular body was proposed.

According to this method, if there is an interval between the lining pipe and the existing pipe, a communication cable pipe is inserted, a pipe port seal is applied, and a backfill material is injected. A communication cable tube can be laid. Moreover, when the backing material is cured, the communication cable tube can be fixed in the backing material, and no hook or the like is required.

[0005] However, most sewer sewers have a circular cross section, and naturally, the lining pipe inserted therein also has a circular cross section. In this case, when trying to insert the communication cable pipe into the gap between the existing sewer and the lining pipe, the communication pipe is placed on the lining pipe with a circular cross section, so a mechanism for holding the communication cable pipe is required. In addition, there is a problem that post-processing or the like requires a very labor-intensive operation.

When the existing pipe is bent, the gap between the existing pipe and the lining pipe is not constant. It is possible that there is no gap between the two. In this case,

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a long strip-shaped member having joints formed at both side edges is continuously supplied in an existing culvert to form a spiral. While being wound, the tubular body formed by joining the mutually joined joints is left, and a lining pipe is formed with a newly supplied strip-shaped member in front of the already formed tubular body, and the existing culvert is formed. A sewer lining method that fills a gap between lining pipes with backfill material and lines the sewer.
This is a sewer lining method in which a part of an upper part of the lining pipe is formed into a shape having a concave groove on the outside along the longitudinal direction, and a communication cable pipe is laid in the concave groove on the outside.

According to the pipe lining method of the present invention, the lining pipe is formed so that a part of the upper part has a concave groove on the outside along the longitudinal direction, and a communication cable pipe is laid in the external groove. As a result, there is no need to work the mechanism for holding the communication cable tube with post-processing, etc., as in the conventional case, and there is no concern when there is no gap between the existing tube and the lining tube. Therefore, it is possible to easily and quickly arrange the communication cable pipes at the time of constructing the sewer lining.
