本発明のライニング管の製管装置は、リンク機構をもって屈曲自在の成形フレームと、該成形フレーム回りに装着され、前記管状体の内面に当接する案内ローラと、前記帯状部材の相接する接合部間を接合させる接合機構部と、前記成形フレームの内側に配され該成形フレームの形状及び移動を規制する規制フレームとを備え、該規制フレームが2分割以上に分割可能とされていることにより、人孔の入口が小さい場合であっても、ライニングに先だって、人孔の小さい入口から各部材を分解した状態にて人孔に運び入れて、人孔内や管渠内にて各部材を組み立ててライニングを行うことができ、又、ライニング終了後は、規制フレームを分割するようにして順次取り外した後、各部材を分解して、人孔の小さい入口から搬出することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。
図1は、本発明に使用される帯状部材の一例を示す正面図である。
図1に示すように、帯状部材10は、硬質塩化ビニル樹脂からなり、本体が一定厚さの平板状をなし、その外面の長手方向に適宜数(図1中では3)の突条11が立設されている。突条11の先端部には鍔部11aが形成されている。突条11の相互間には溝12もしくは溝空間が形成されている。内面13は実質的に平滑に形成されている。
