2. Description of the Related Art As a method of constructing a lining pipe on an inner surface of an existing pipe such as a sewer pipe, a water pipe or a gas pipe, the applicant of the present invention spirally winds a strip-shaped member in the pipe to mutually We have already proposed a lining construction method for the inner peripheral surface of the pipe, in which a tubular body is formed by joining the side edges of adjacent strip-shaped members, and the inner peripheral surface of the pipe is lined with the deformed tubular body. (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-261363
Issue).

According to the proposed construction method, it is possible to carry out lining construction of a conduit having an irregular cross section such as a rectangular conduit or a horseshoe-shaped conduit. The material of the belt-shaped member is not particularly limited, and there is an advantage that a synthetic resin, particularly a hard vinyl chloride resin suitable for lining pipe construction in terms of cost, moldability, strength, etc. can be used.

Including the construction method described in the above-mentioned publication, the band-shaped member is spirally wound in the pipe, the formed tubular body is left, and the tubular body is newly supplied in front of the already formed tubular body. Forming a lining pipe with a strip-shaped member
In the lining construction method, the strip-shaped member is spirally supplied from the rear end of the lining pipe, and is supplied to the joining mechanism portion provided at the front edge of the device through the central void portion of the annular pipe forming device, and is already formed. It is joined to the strip-shaped member of the lining pipe that is being used.

By the way, in the pipe manufacturing apparatus used in the above-mentioned lining construction method, since the belt-shaped member is supplied through the inside of the apparatus to the joining mechanism portion on the front edge side, the route of the belt-shaped member is If it is supplied without restriction, the path of the belt-shaped member immediately before the pipe manufacturing device is not stable and the belt-shaped member is pulled backward due to the effect of friction with the pipe wall or is pushed forward conversely. Because
The joining is not performed normally, resulting in insufficient joining and unevenness on the inner wall of the lining pipe. Further, since the seal is insufficient, there is a problem of leakage of backfill material and sewage.

Further, this type of lining pipe manufacturing apparatus is usually made of metal, but has many small parts.
At present, the edges of each component are not largely chamfered or rounded. Therefore, when the synthetic resin band-shaped member passes through the central void, if the path of the band-shaped member is not stable, it may come into contact with the edge of the metal component and damage the band-shaped member.

Further, not only is it scratched, but also it is caught on the edge portion or parts of each pipe manufacturing apparatus, so that a large frictional resistance is generated between it and the belt-shaped member, so that the belt-shaped member is normally operated. It will not be introduced to the joining mechanism part,
Causes defective pipe manufacturing.

In particular, in the pipe manufacturing apparatus for the modified cross section as described in the above publication, the central void portion also has the modified cross section along the outer peripheral portion of the pipe manufacturing apparatus that actually regulates the inner surface of the lining pipe. , And in this case, because of the irregular cross section,
There is a small curvature radius in the cross section of the central void,
Further, since the cross section does not have a constant curvature, the band-shaped member is easily caught, and problems such as defective pipe manufacturing become prominent.
