Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流れる媒体のための、コリオリ原理に従って作業する質量流量計であって 、流れる媒体をガイドする少なくともほぼ真っ直ぐに延びるコリオリ導管(1) と、このコリオリ導管(1)に作用する振動発生器(2)と、コリオリ力を及び /又はコリオリ力に基づくコリオリ振動を検出する少なくとも1つの測定値セン サ(3,4)と、補償シリンダ(15)とを有しており、コリオリ導管(1)が 補償シリンダ(5)内に配置されていて、この補償シリンダ(5)に機械的に結 合されている形式のものにおいて、 補償シリンダ(5)の振動特性が、コリオリ導管(19)の振動特性にほぼ相 当することを特徴とする、質量流量計。 2.補償シリンダ(5)とコリオリ導管(1)とが同じ材料より成っている、 請求項1記載の質量流量計。 3.コリオリ導管(1)と補償シリンダ(5)とが、コリオリ導管(1)に機 械的に結合された第2の補償シリンダ(6)内に配置されている、請求項1又は 2記載の質量流量計。 4.振動発生器(2)が、補償シリンダ(5)とコリオリ導管(1)との間に 配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の質量流量計。 5.振動発生器(2)が、第2の補償シリンダ(6)と第1の補償シリンダ( 5)との間に配置されている、請求項3記載の質量流量計。 6.測定値センサ(3,4)が、補償シリンダ(5)とコリオリ導管(1)と の間に配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の質量流量計。 7.測定値センサ(3,4)が、第2の補償シリンダ(6)とコリオリ導管( 1)との間に配置されている、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の質量流 量計。 8.第2の補償シリンダ(6)と第1の補償シリンダ(5)との間に、補償シ リンダ(5)が振動する際の位相のずれをなくすための少なくとも2つの調節部 材(10,11)が配置されている、請求項3から7までのいずれか1項記載の 質量流量計。 9.第2の補償シリンダ(6)と第1の補償シリンダ(5)との間に、補償シ リンダ(5)とコリオリ導管(1)との間の媒体に基づく質量差を補償するため の調節部材(13)が配置されている、請求項3から8までのいずれか1項記載 の質量流量計。 10.第1の補償シリンダが同時に第2の補償シリンダを形成している、請求項 3から7までのいずれか1項記載の質量流量計。
