Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ソレノイド作動式燃料噴射装置のための燃料噴射装置可動子弁アセンブリで あって、 燃料噴射装置を作動させるために電流によって選択的に作動させられるソレ ノイドコイルを収容したハウジングと、 液体燃料をハウジング内へ供給するためにソレノイドコイル内に延びた入口 接続管と、 軸線方向反対側のノズル出口端部とが設けられており、該ノズル出口端部を 介して燃料がハウジングから噴射されるようになっており、さらに、 入口接続管と出口端部との間でハウジング内に配置された弁座機構が設けら れており、該弁座機構が、入口接続管と出口との間でハウジングを貫通した流路 を開放および閉鎖するために可動子弁アセンブリを介して作用するソレノイドコ イルによって作動させられるようになっている形式のものにおいて、 可動子弁アセンブリに、 管状部材と、 該管状部材と軸線方向で整合した内径を形成した、前記管状部材と一体的な 管状部分と、 流体が流過しないように弁座機構をシールするための弁シール部材と、 該弁シールを前記内径に取り付けて可動子弁アセ ンブリを形成するための取付け手段とが設けられていることを特徴とする、コン パクトな燃料噴射装置可動子弁アセンブリ。 2.前記弁シール部材が、ボールである、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置可動子弁 アセンブリ。 3.前記弁シール部材が、金属製の玉軸受である、請求項2記載の燃料噴射装置 可動子弁アセンブリ。 4.前記弁シール部材が、セラミック製の玉軸受である、請求項2記載の燃料噴 射装置可動子弁アセンブリ。 5.前記ボールが、該ボールの主直径と前記内径に隣接した上端部との間に環状 の溝を有している、請求項2記載の燃料噴射装置可動子弁アセンブリ。 6.前記ボールの往復運動時に該ボールを軸線方向で案内するための下部案内部 材が付加的に設けられている、請求項2記載の燃料噴射装置可動子弁アセンブリ 。 7.前記管状部材が、該管状部材の一方の端部の内径を前記管状部分の外径に接 続するための少なくとも1つの流過通路を有している、請求項1記載の燃料噴射 装置可動子弁アセンブリ。 8.前記取付け手段が、前記管状部分の前記内径を前記弁シール部材にクリンプ するための手段から成っている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置可動子弁アセンブ リ。 9.前記取付け手段が、前記管状部分の前記内径を前記弁シール部材に化学的に 接着するための手段から成っている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置可動子弁アセ ンブリ。 10.前記取付け手段が、前記管状部分の前記内径を前記ボールの前記管状の溝 にクリンプするための手段から成っている、請求項5記載の燃料噴射装置可動子 弁アセンブリ。
