Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.中濃度のリグノセルロース系材料からの二段階によるパルプの酸素脱リグニ ン法であって、 第一段階での温度が90℃より低く維持されかつ第二段階での温度が90℃よ り高く維持され、両段階間の温度差が20℃よりも小さく、第一段階での圧力が 4〜10バールでありかつ第二段階での圧力が2〜5バールであって、第一段階 での圧力が第二段階での圧力より高く、第一段階における酸素添加量が高くてパ ルプ1t当たり25〜50kgであり、第一段階でのみパルプのアルカリ度を高 くするためにアルカリをパルプ1t当たり25〜50kg添加し、第一段階にお ける滞留時間が10〜30分でありかつ第二段階における滞留時間が45〜18 0分であることによって拡張脱リグニン操作が得られることを特徴とする方法。 2.二つの酸素段階間における温度上昇が10〜15℃であることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.第一段階におけるパルプの滞留時間が15〜25分であり、第二段階におけ るパルプの滞留時間が60〜120分であるこ とを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 4.第二段階において、パルプ1t当たり0〜5kgの酸素が追加投入される、 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
