Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 伝送パワー信号を提供するコントロールプロセッサ手段と、 前記伝送パワー信号を受信し、また、前記伝送パワー信号および可変レー トデータフレームのレートに従って前記可変レートフレームを増幅する可変ゲイ ン送信機手段と、 を具備することを特徴とする可変レートデータフレームの伝送パワーを制御する 装置。 2. 前記可変ゲイン送信機手段がフレームレート信号に反応することを特徴と する請求項1記載の装置。 3. 前記可変レートデータフレームを提供する可変レートデータソースをさら に具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 4. 前記可変レートデータソースがさらに、フレームレート信号を提供するた めのものであり、また、前記可変ゲイン送信機が前記フレームレート信号に反応 することを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。 5. 前記コントロールプロセッサ手段が、基準レート伝送パワーレベルを判断 し、また、前記基準レート伝送パワーに従って少なくとも1つの追加の送信パワ ーレベルを判断するためのものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 6. 遠隔通信局からフレーム品質メッセージを受信する受信機をさらに具備し 、また、前記コントロールプロセッサ手段が前記フレームクオリティメッセージ に反応することを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。 7. 前記コントロールプロセッサ手段が、前記フレームクオリティメッセージ に反応してゲイン調整値を選択するゲイン調整選択装置手段を具備することを特 徴とする請求項6記載の装置。 8. 前記ゲイン調整値を受信し、前の基準レート伝送値を受信し、さらに前記 ゲイン調整値と前記前の基準レート伝送値を合計して前記基準レート伝送パワー レベルとする合計手段をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。 9. 前記基準レート伝送パフーレベルを受信し、固定差値を受信し、さ らに、前記基準レート伝送パワーレベルと前記固定差値を合計して、前記少なく とも1つの追加の伝送パワーレベルを決定する第2の合計手段をさらに具備する ことを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。 10.可変差値を計算し、また、前記可変差値を提供する可変差計算器手段と、 前記基準レート伝送パワーレベルを受信し、前記可変差値を受信し、さら に、前記基準レート伝送パワーレベルと可変差値を合計して、前記少なくとも1 つの追加伝送パワーレベルを決定する第2の合計手段と、 をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。 11.少なくとも1つのフレーム誤差レート値を判断するフレーム誤差レートモ ニタをさらに具備し、また、前記可変差計算器手段が前記少なくとも1つのフレ ーム誤差レート値に反応することを特徴とする請求項10記載の装置。 12.前記フレーム誤差レート手段が: 前記フレーム品質指示メッセージを受信し、また、フレーム品質メッセー ジレートに従って前記フレーム品質メッセージを選択された出力装置に出力する デマルチプレクサ手段と、 複数のフレーム誤差レートカウンタ手段であり、前記複数のフレーム誤差 レートカウンタ手段のおのおのが、前記デマルチプレクサ手段の相当する出力装 置に結合している複数のフレーム誤差レートカウンタ手段と、 を具備することを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。 13.遠隔通信局からフレーム品質メッセージを受信する受信機手段と、 前記フレーム品質指示メッセージを受信し、また、フレーム品質メッセー ジレートに従って前記フレーム品質メッセージを選択された出力装置に出力する デマルチプレクサ手段と、 複数の伝送パワー計算器であり、前記伝送パワー計算器のおのおのが、前 記マルチプレクサの相当する出力装置に結合されており、前記伝送パワー信号を 提供するためのものである複数の伝送パワー計算器と、 をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 14.前記複数の伝送パワー計算器のおのおのが: 前記フレーム品質指示メッセージを受信し、また、前記フレーム品質指示 メッセージに従ってゲイン調整値を選択するゲイン調整選択装置手段と、 前の伝送パワー値を受信し、前記ゲイン調整値を受信し、さらに、前記前 の伝送パワー値と前記ゲイン調整値を合計して前記伝送パワー信号とする合計手 段と、 を具備することを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。 15.前記コントロールプロセッサ手段が: 前記フレーム品質指示メッセージを受信し、また、複数の頻繁レート伝送 パワーレベル値を決定して前記伝送パワー信号を提供する頻繁レート伝送パワー 計算器手段と、 前記複数の頻繁伝送パワーレベル値の内の少なくとも1つを受信し、また 、前記複数の最頻繁伝送パワーレベル値の内の前記少なくとも1つの残余の伝送 パワーレベル値を決定して前記伝送パワー信号を提供する残余のレート伝送パワ ーレベル計算器手段と、 を具備することを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。 16.前記頻繁伝送パワー計算器手段が: 選択されたフレーム品質メッセージの第1のセットを受信し、また、前記 第1のセットの選択されたフレーム品質メッセージに従って基準レート伝送パワ ーレベル値を決定する基準レート計算器手段と、 選択されたフレーム品質メッセージの第2のセットを受信し、また、前記 第2のセットの選択されたフレーム品質メッセージに従って少なくとも1つの追 加レート伝送パワーレベル値を決定する少なくとも1つの追加の頻繁レート計算 器手段と、 を具備することを特徴とする請求項15記載の装置。 17.前記少なくとも1つの追加の頻繁レート計算器手段が前記基準レート伝送 パワーレベル値に反応することを特徴とする請求項16記載の装置。 18.前記基準レート計算器手段が前記少なくとも1つの追加レート伝送パワー レベル値に反応することを特徴とする請求項16記載の装置。 19.前記基準レート計算器手段が: 前記第1のセットの選択されたフレーム品質メッセージを受信し、また、 前記第1のセットの選択されたフレーム品質メッセージに従って基準レートゲイ ン調整値を提供するゲイン調整選択装置手段と、 前記基準レートゲイン調整値に従って前記基準レート伝送パワーレベル値 を修正する基準レート伝送パワー調整手段と、 を具備することを特徴とする請求項16記載の装置。 20.前記基準レート調整手段が: 前記基準レートゲイン調整値と前の基準レート伝送パワーレベル値を合計 して前記基準レート伝送パワー値とする合計手段と、 前記前の基準レート伝送パワーレベル値を提供する遅延手段と、 を具備することを特徴とする請求項19記載の装置。 21.前記基準レート調整手段がさらに、少なくとも1つの追加のレート伝送パ ワーレベル値を受信し、また、所定の値によって前記少なくとも1つの追加レー ト伝送パワーレベル値を調整して前記基準レート伝送パワー値を提供する第2の 合計手段を有することを特徴とする請求項20記載の装置。 22.前記コントロールプロセッサ手段が: 選択されたフレーム品質メッセージの第1のセットを受信し、また、前記 第1の選択されたフレーム品質メッセージに従って第1の伝送パワーレベル値を 決定する第1の計算器手段と、 選択されたフレーム品質メッセージの第2のセットを受信し、また、前記 第2のセットの選択されたフレーム品質メッセージに従って少なくとも1つの追 加の伝送パワーレベル値を決定する少なくとも1つの追加の計算器手段と、 前記第1の伝送パワーレベル値および前記少なくとも1つの追加伝送パワ ーレベル値を受信し、また、前記第1の伝送パワーレベル値およ び前記少なくとも1つの追加伝送パワーレベル値に従って基準レート伝送パワー レベル値を決定する複合基準計算器手段と、 を具備することを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。 23.前記少なくとも1つの追加計算器手段と前記複合基準計算器手段の間に置 かれ、所定の重み付け書式に従って少なくとも1つの追加伝送パワーレベル値に 重み付けする重み付け手段をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項22記載の 装置。 24.前記少なくとも1つの追加伝送パワーレベル値を受信し、また、前記少な くとも1つの追加伝送パワーレベル値に重み付け因数を乗算する乗算器手段を前 記重み付け手段が具備することを特徴とする請求項23記載の装置。 25.前記重み付け因数が所定の固定値であることを特徴とする請求項24記載 の装置。 26.前記重み付け値を計算する重み付け因数計算器手段をさらに具備すること を特徴とする請求項25記載の装置。 27.前記重み付け因数計算器手段がフレーム誤差レート統計に反応することを 特徴とする請求項26記載の装置。 28.前記重み付け因数計算器手段がレート頻度値に反応することを特徴とする 請求項26記載の装置。 29.前記基準レート伝送パワー値を受信し、また、前記基準レート伝送パワー 値に従って少なくとも1つの追加伝送パワー値を決定する残余レート伝送計算器 手段をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項22記載の装置。
