Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の基体と、 上記第1の基体に連結した第1の電極と、 第1の方向と第1の屈折率とを有する、上記第1の電極に接続された光成形 ホログラフ凹凸面拡散体と、 駆動電圧が印加されていないとき、上記第1の屈折率に略等しい第2の屈折 率を有する、上記光成形ホログラフ凹凸面拡散体に隣接する液晶と、上記第1の 方向と略直角な第2の方向を有する、上記液晶に隣接する整列層と、 上記整列層に接続された第2の電極と、及び 上記第2の電極に接続された第2の基体と、 より成り、上記第2の屈折率が上記第1,第2の電極間に印加される駆動電 圧の関数として変化する、液晶ディスプレイ内に組み込まれたホログラフ高コン トラスト視野スクリーン。 2.上記光成形ホログラフ凹凸面拡散体が第1面を区劃し、上記整列層が上記第 1面に略平行な第2面を区劃する請求項1記載の液晶ディスプレイ内に組み込ま れたホログラフ高コントラスト視野スクリーン。 3.上記光成形ホログラフ凹凸面拡散体がアクリルを含む請求項1記載の液晶デ ィスプレイ内に組み込まれたホログラフ高コントラスト視野スクリーン。 4.上記整列層がポリビニルアルコールを含む請求項1記載の液晶ディスプレイ 内に組み込まれたホログラフ高コントラスト視野スクリーン。 5.上記第1及び第2の電極がインジュウム錫酸化物を含む請求項1記載の液晶 ディスプレイ内に組み込まれたホログラフ高コントラスト視野スクリーン。 6.上記液晶がPPMEOBとPPPOBより成る群から選んだ少くとも1つの 材料を含む請求項1記載の液晶ディスプレイ内に組み込まれたホログラフ 高コントラスト視野スクリーン。 7.上記基体に上記第1の電極を被覆させる工程と、 上記光成形ホログラフ凹凸面拡散体を上記第1の電極に取り付ける工程と、 及び 上記光成形ホログラフ凹凸面拡散体と上記整列層間に上記液晶を入れる工程 と、 より成る 請求項1記載のホログラフ高コントラスト視野スクリーンの製造方法。 8.請求項1のホログラフ高コントラストを用いる入射光拡散方法。 9.基体と、 上記第1の基体に連結した第1の電極と、 第1の方向と第1の屈折率とを有する、上記第1の電極に接続された光成形 ホログラフ凹凸面拡散体と、 駆動電圧が印加されていないとき、上記第1の屈折率に略等しい第2の屈折 率を有する、上記光成形ホログラフ凹凸面拡散体に隣接する液晶と、上記第1の 方向と略直角な第2の方向を有する、上記液晶に隣接する整列層と、及び 上記整列層に接続された第2の電極とより成り、 上記第2の屈折率が上記第1,第2の電極間に印加される駆動電圧の関数と して変化する 液晶セル。 10.上記光成形ホログラフ凹凸面拡散が第1面を区劃し、上記整列層が上記第1 面に略平行な第2面を区劃する請求項9記載の液晶セル。 11.上記整列層がポリビニルアルコールを含む請求項9記載の液晶セル。 12.上記第1及び第2の電極がインジュウム錫酸化物を含む請求項9記載の液晶 セル。 13.上記液晶がPPMEOBとPPPOBより成る群から選んだ少くとも1つ の材料を含む請求項9記載の液晶セル。 14.上記基体に上記第1の電極を被覆させる工程と、 上記光成形ホログラフ凹凸面拡散体を上記第1の電極に取り付ける工程と、 及び 上記光成形ホログラフ凹凸面拡散体と上記整列層間に上記液晶を入れる工 程と、 より成る 請求項9記載の液晶セルの製造方法。 15.請求項9の液晶セルを用いる光拡散方法。 16.第1の基体と、 上記第1の基体に連結した第1の電極と、 第1の方向と第1の屈折率とを有する、上記第1の電極に接続された光成形 ホログラフ凹凸面拡散体と、 駆動電圧が印加されていないとき、上記第1の屈折率に略等しい第2の屈折 率を有する、上記光成形ホログラフ凹凸面拡散体に隣接する液晶と、上記第1の 方向と略直角な第2の方向を有する、上記液晶に隣接する整列層と、 上記整列層に接続された第2の電極と、及び 上記第2の電極に接続された第2の基体と、 を有する、液晶ディスプレイ内にホログラフ高コントラスト視野スクリーン を埋める工程と、上記第1及び第2電極間に駆動電圧を印加する工程とを有し、 上記第2屈折率が駆動電圧の関数として変化する方法。 17.上記電圧が時間の関数として周期的に変化する請求項16記載の方法。 18.請求項16の方法によって作成した製品。
