- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.有機化合物と弗化水素の混合物から弗化水素を分離し、回収する方法であ って、前記混合物を液相中でアルカリ金属弗化物の弗化水素溶液と接触させ、上 層である有機相と下層であるアルカリ金属弗化物を含有する弗化水素相との分液 を行い、次いで得られた下層である弗化水素相から弗化水素を回収することから なる弗化水素の分離、回収方法。 2.有機化合物と弗化水素の混合物から弗化水素を分離し、回収する方法であ って、前記混合物を液相中でアルカリ金属弗化物の本質的に無水の弗化水素溶液 と接触させ、上層である有機相と下層であるアルカリ金属弗化物を含有する弗化 水素相との分液を行い、次いで得られた下層である弗化水素相から弗化水素を回 収することからなる弗化水素の分離、回収方法。 3.有機化合物と弗化水素の混合物から弗化水素を分離し、回収する方法であ って、前記混合物を液相中でアルカリ金属弗化物の水性弗化水素溶液と接触させ 、上層である有機相と下層であるアルカリ金属弗化物を含有する弗化水素相との 分液を行い、次いで得られた下層である弗化水素相から弗化水素を回収すること からなる弗化水素の分離、回収方法。 4.アルカリ金属弗化物が弗化カリウム及び/又は弗化セシウムからなるもの である前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.弗化水素を下層である弗化水素相から蒸留によって回収する前記請求項の いずれか1項に記載の方法。 6.蒸留をフラッシュ容器又は蒸留塔で行う請求項5記載の方法。 7.下層である弗化水素相から弗化水素を回収した後に残る残留弗化水素含有 アルカリ金属弗化物の少なくとも一部を、分離すべき前記混合物と接触させるた めに再循環させる前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.少量の弗化水素を含有している混合物から弗化水素を回収する前記請求項 のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.前記の処理すべき混合物が弗化水素を25重量%よりも少ない量で含有する ものである請求項8記載の方法。 10.1種又は複数の有機化合物と弗化水素が共沸組成物又は共沸様組成物を形 成するものである前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.弗化水素を含有する流れが上層である有機相から誘導されるものであり且 つ所望の有機化合物を製造する反応器に及び/又は有機化合物を含有する流れに 再循環されるものである前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12.アルカリ金属弗化物の弗化水素溶液中のアルカリ金属弗化物の濃度が約20 重量%〜約80重量%である前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13.有機化合物が含ハロゲン有機化合物である前記請求項のいずれか1項に記 載の方法。 14.有機出発原料を弗化水素と液相中で又は気相中で弗素化触媒の存在下で反 応させて含弗素有機化合物と未反応弗化水素とを含有してなる生成物流を生成さ せ、該生成物流をアルカリ金属弗化物の弗化水素溶液と接触させ、上層である含 弗素有機化合物と下層である弗化水素相との分液を行い、次いで得られた下層で ある弗化水素相から弗化水素を回収することによって含弗素有機化合物を製造す る方法。 15.有機化合物がハイドロフルオロアルカン、ハイドロクロロフルオロアルカ ン、クロロフルオロアルカン及び/又はハイドロフルオロエーテルからなるもの である請求項13又は14に記載の方法。 16.有機化合物が1,1,1,2-テトラフルオロエタン[HFC 134a]、1,1,2,2-テトラ フルオロエタン[HFC 134]、クロロ-1,1,1-トリフルオロエタン[CFC 133a]、クロ ロテトラフルオロエタン[HCFC 124/124a]、ペンタフルオロエタン[HFC 125]、ジ フルオロメタン[HFC 32]、クロロジフルオロメタン[HCFC 22]、1,1-ジフルオロ エタン[HFC 152a]、1,1,1-トリフルオロエタン[HFC 143a]、1,1,1,3,3-ペンタフ ルオロプロパン[HFC 245fa]、1,2,2,3,3-ペンタフルオロプロパン[HFC 245ca]及 び1,1,1,2,3,3,3-ヘプタフルオロプロパン[HFC 227ea]、ビス(フルオロメチル) エーテル[BFME]、1,1-ジフルオロジメチルエーテル、1,1,1-トリフルオロジメチ ルエーテル及びペンタフルオロジメチルエーテルの1種又はそれ以上から選択さ れるものである請求項15記載の方法。 17.前記生成物流をアルカリ金属弗化物の弗化水素の溶液と接触させる前に処 理する請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
