Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ランプキャップを具備する外バルブにより空間を介在して封止される放電容 器を具備する高圧放電ランプであって、壁と内部電極とを具備し前記外バルブと 前記放電容器との間の前記空間に配されるUVエンハンサをさらに有する高圧放 電ランプにおいて、前記UVエンハンサの前記壁がセラミック材料から作られて いることを特徴とする高圧放電ランプ。 2.請求項1に記載のランプにおいて、前記UVエンハンサの前記壁が高濃度の 焼結多結晶質のAl2O3から作られていることを特徴とするランプ。 3.請求項1又は2に記載のランプにおいて、前記UVエンハンサが希ガス充填 材を有することを特徴とするランプ。 4.請求項3に記載のランプにおいて、前記希ガス充填材がArを有することを 特徴とするランプ。 5.請求項3又は4に記載のランプにおいて、前記希ガス充填材の充填圧が50 mbarと300mbarとの間にあることを特徴とするランプ。
