Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 板状の複合素材の、とくに補強および(または)縁部の化粧のための 異形断面材であって、少なくとも1個のコア層およびコア層によって結合された 2枚の表面層からなり、表面層(11,21)の内部または外部支持体として作 用し、その空間的な配置が表面層の間隔に対応するものである2本の本質的に並 行な腕(1,2)を有し、コア層(31)の狭い方の側に対する少なくとも1個 の支持表面(3)であって、上記の支持表面によって決定される平面の間に配置 されるものを有し、かつ1個の連結交差片(4)を腕の間に有し、これらの腕と ともに断面が実質上U型、Z型またはH型である配置を形成し、これらの形状の 組み合わせが2個またはそれ以上の連結交差片の存在により可能になるようなも のにおいて、コア層の狭い方の側のための支持表面(3)は、少なくとも1個の スペーサー(41)によって連結交差片(4)から分離されていて、このスペー サーは支持表面(3)の外側の縁(5,6)からひっこんだ位置にあり、異形断 面材の長手方向に沿って延びる連続的なまたは断続的な内部空間が、どの場合も 、表面層およびそれらによって決定される平面(1’,2’)と、コア層のため の支持表面(3)の外側の縁(5,6)との間に存在し、上記内部空間は、異形 断面材の長手方向に沿って延びるチャンネル(7,8)の少なくともひとつと連 通していることを特徴とする異形断面材。 2. コア層および(または)表面層のための支持表面の少なくともひとつ に、スロットまたは溝(9)を設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項の異形 断面材。 3. スロットまたは溝(9)が異形断面材の長手方向に沿って延びること を特徴とする請求の範囲第2項の異形断面材。 4. 表面層のための支持表面が、腕(1,2)の、連結交差片(4)から 遠い方の側に存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれ かの異形断面材。 5. 表面層のための支持表面が、腕(1,2)の、連結交差片(4)に面 する側に存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれかの 縁取りの異形断面材。 6. 表面層のための支持表面のひとつが、一方の腕(1)の連結交差片( 4)に面する側に存在し、いまひとつが、他方の腕(2)の連結交差片(4)に 面する側に存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれか の縁取り異形断面材。 7. コア層および表面層のための支持表面の外側に、少なくとも1個の、 スペーシングおよび(または)支持要素、またはそれらの要素を受け入れるに適 した保持要素が存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第6項のいず れかの縁取り異形断面材。 8. 少なくとも1本の溝(22)を、保持要素として、異形断面材の長手 方向に形成したことを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項の縁取り異形断面材。 9. 少なくとも1個のコア層(31)およびその表面においてそれと接続 されている2枚の表面層(11,21)、ならびに少なくとも1個の補強のため の、および(または)縁取りのための異形断面材からなる請求の範囲第1項に従 う板状複合素材。 10. コア層(31)が表面層(11,21)に結合し、少なくともひとつ の結合表面にスロットおよび溝(32)が設けてあり、それらは実質的に互いに 平行であって、その方向が、好ましくは異形断面材の長手方向に対してある角度 をなすものである請求の範囲第9項の板状複合素材。 11. 少なくとも1個の異形断面材を含み、かつ、縁の化粧として、すくな くとも1枚の表面層(11,21)が、これと対応するように設計された縁取り 異形断面材の周囲にわん曲(12)している請求の範囲第9項または第10項の 板状複合素材。 12. 請求の範囲第9項の板状複合素材の製造方法であって、2枚の表面層 (11,21)および(または)あらかじめ製造されたコア層(31)に、所定 の接触を行なう側に接着剤を適用したものを、接着剤を塗布してあってもよい異 形断面材とともに、互いに所定の順序で配置し、外部圧力を手段として接合する ことを特徴とする製造方法。 13. コア層として、その表面層と接合する表面の少なくとも一方に、実質 上並行なスロットまたは溝(32)を、その方向が異形断面材の長手方向に対し てある角度をなすように設けたものを使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 2項の板状複合素材の製造方法。 14. 利用する外部圧力が雰囲気の空気圧力であって、各層の間の空間から 空気を吸引により除去することを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項または第13項 の板状複合素材の製造方法。 15. 複合素材の各構成成分を剛体の基板(23)上に配置して柔軟なフィ ルム(13)で覆い、複合素材の構成成分を包含するとともに基板およびフィル ムで囲まれた空間を真空吸引し、異形断面材のチャンネル(7,8)を通して空 気が内部空間から逃げ出すようにした請求の範囲第14項の板状複合素材の製造 方法。 16. 非平面状の複合素材を製造するため、適切な形状を与えた基板を使用 する請求の範囲第15項の板状複合素材の製造方法。 17. 少なくとも1個の異形断面材を縁取り異形断面材として使用し、表面 層(11,21)の少なくともひとつを、結合された状態ではこの縁取り異形断 面材の外側のエッジを超えて突出させ、突出部分(12)をこのエッジの周りに わん曲させたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項ないし第16項のいずれかの 板状複合素材の製造方法。
