Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.コリオリ原理で作動する、流動媒質のための質量流量計であって、少なくと もほぼ直線状のコリオリ計測管と、該コリオリ計測管に作用する少なくとも1つ の発振器と、コリオリ力および/またはコリオリ力に基づくコリオリ振動を検出 する少なくとも1つの検出器とを有している形式のものにおいて、前記コリオリ 計測管(2)がその長手方向軸を中心に振動するように、1つもしくは複数の発 振器(3)が構成および配置されていることを特徴とする、コリオリ原理で作動 する流動媒質のための質量流量計。 2.コリオリ計測管(2)が、楕円形、円形、矩形またはほぼ八角形の断面を有 している、請求項1記載の質量流量計。 3.コリオリ計測管(2)が、その長手方向に見て、種々の断面および/または 断面形状を有している、請求項1または2記載の質量流量計。 4.コリオリ計測管(2)が、その両端部では円形断面を有し、中央部では楕円 形断面を有している、請求項3記載の質量流量計。 5.1つもしくは複数の発振器(3)が、コリオリ計測管(2)の長手方向に見 て、該コリオリ計測管(2)の中央部に配置されている、請求項1から4ま でのいずれか1項記載の質量流量計。 6.2つの発振器(3)が設けられており、両発振器(3)が有利には180° ずれて接線方向にコリオリ計測管(2)と係合し互いに同じ方向に同時に作用し ている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の質量流量計。 7.4つの発振器(3)が設けられており、該発振器(3)が有利には90°ず れて接線方向にコリオリ計測管(2)と係合し互いに同じ方向に同時に作用して いる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の質量流量計。 8.4つの発振器(3)が設けられており、該発振器(3)がそれぞれ90°ず つずれて前記コリオリ計測管(2)と係合しており、互いに180°ずらして配 置された2つの発振器(3a)は接線方向に前記コリオリ計測管(2)と係合し 互いに反対方向に同時に作用しており、他の2つの発振器(3b)は互いに18 0°ずれて、最初の2つの発振器(3a)に対してそれぞれ90°ずつずれ、半 径方向に前記コリオリ計測管(2)と係合し互いに同じ方向に同時に作用してお り、さらに最初の2つの発振器(3a)によって及ぼされる力が他の発振器(3 b)によって及ぼされる力に対して反対方向に向けられている、請求項1から5 までのいずれか1項記載の質量流量計。 9.コリオリ計測管(2)の内側に、該コリオリ計測管(2)の長手方向に延び たひれ状の、有利には2つ、3つ、または4つのウェブ(5)が設けられている 、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の質量流量計。 10.ウェブ(5)がコリオリ計測管(2)の外周に均等に分布して配置されて いる、請求項9記載の質量流量計。 11.2つの検出器(4)が設けられていて、両検出器(4)が、コリオリ計測 管(2)の長手方向に見て該コリオリ計測管(2)の中心に対して対称的に配置 されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の質量流量計。 12.前記コリオリ計測管(2)の長手方向に見て前記コリオリ計測管(2)の 中心に対して対称的に、それぞれ複数の検出器(4)が配置されている、請求項 1から10までのいずれか1項記載の質量流量計。 13.検出器(4)がコリオリ計測管(2)の外周に均等に分布して配置されて いる、請求項12記載の質量流量計。 14.コリオリ計測管(2)が、有利には円筒形に形成されたブリッジ(6)の 内部に同心円状に配置されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の 質量流量計。 15.1つもしくは複数の発振器(3)と1つもしくは複数の検出器(4)が、 コリオリ計測管(2)とブリッジ(6)との間で作用している、請求項14記載 の質量流量計。 16.測定精度および/または零点に対する熱の影響を補償するために、少なく とも1つの温度センサが設けられている、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項 記載の質量流量計。 17.コリオリ計測管(2)も、ブリッジ(6)もそれぞれ1つの温度センサを 備えている、請求項14から16までのいずれか1項記載の質量流量計。
